Shipping&Refund

1. Order Processing & Shipping

Processing Time:

Regular Orders: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will begin processing the following business day.

Pre-orders: All pre-ordered items ship only after the designated pre-order window concludes. Estimated shipping dates are provided as a courtesy and are subject to change.

Domestic Shipping: We ship within the United States via USPS or UPS. Shipping speeds (Expedited, Next-Day) refer to the time in transit after the order has left our facility, not the processing time.

International Shipping: Sweetifi does not offer international shipping at this time.

Risk of Loss: All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Sweetifi is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery or lost by the carrier.

2. Local Pickup (LA & SF)

Local pickup is offered periodically at the company's sole discretion.

Notification: Pickup availability, locations, and windows will be announced via our official website and Instagram (@Sweetifi_official).

Forfeiture: Orders not picked up within the designated window will be cancelled and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

3. Returns & Refunds

Food Products (Perishables): Due to health and safety regulations, all food sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for food items.

Non-Food Items: We accept returns on unopened, unused non-food items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact shop@sweetifi.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

Evidence Required: To process a claim, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and the original shipping packaging.

Resolution: Approved claims for damaged or incorrect items will be resolved via replacement or store credit at the company's discretion.

5. Cancellations & Address Errors

Cancellations: Once an order has entered the "Processing" stage, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Sweetifi is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Re-shipping fees for returned packages will be the customer's responsibility.
