Chumi is gluten-free (we're working on getting certification), nut-free, and sugar-free. All chumi contains milk, and black sesame chumi contains sesame.

For the best taste and texture, we recommend consuming as soon as possible since Sweetifi does not allow using artificial preservatives. Although, the Chumi is shelf stable and can stay in ambient environment for up to 120 days.
