How soon will my order arrive?
We process orders within 1-2 days and orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
Can I track my package?
Yes, tracking information will be emailed after shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to domestically within the USA (but are exploring international partnerships).
Can I pick up my order in-person?
If you sign up our mailing list, you'll be notified when we announce occasional local pick-up.

How do I cancel an order?

About Nochi
Is it gluten-free? What about other allergies?
Nochi is gluten-free (we're working on getting certification), nut-free, and sugar-free. All nochi contains milk, and black sesame nochi contains sesame.
How do you sweeten your snacks since it's sugar-free?
We use natural sweeteners like monk fruit and allulose. No maltitol, erythritol, or artificial sweeteners like aspartame.
How is Sweetifi designed for gut health?
fi from Sweetifi is from 'fiber' and that is why we formulate all of our products with fiber and prebiotics.
After Shipment
How do I store my nochi? What's the shelf life?
For the best taste and texture, we recommend consuming as soon as possible since Sweetifi does not allow using artificial preservatives. Although, the Nochi is shelf stable and can stay in ambient environment for up to 180 days.
