Orders ship in 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM PT start the next business day. Standard US delivery is then 3-5 days via USPS or UPS.

Free on orders over $79. Below that the rate is calculated at checkout from your address. We ship within the United States only.

If your order hasn't moved to the next step you can cancel it on your end or by contacting shop@sweetifi.com.

Chumi is food, so all food sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email shop@sweetifi.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and the shipping box, and we'll replace it or issue store credit.

Allulose.

fi from Sweetifi is from 'fiber' and that is why we formulate all of our products with fiber and prebiotics.

Black Sesame is 1g net carbs per pack and Double Chocolate is 3g. Total carbohydrate minus fiber and allulose.

Soft and bouncy with a long pull, closer to fresh mochi or injeolmi than to a gummy or a protein bar. It is dense rather than airy, and it takes real chewing.

Chumi is a firm, elastic chew like mochi. It is not recommended for children under 4, or for anyone with swallowing difficulties. Chew thoroughly.

Allulose is found naturally in figs and raisins. The FDA permits it in food and allows it to be excluded from the Added Sugars line on the label. It is absorbed but largely not metabolized, so it doesn't raise blood glucose the way sugar does.

Whey protein isolate and hydrolyzed collagen peptides, with bovine gelatin. Whey isolate is a complete protein filtered to under 1% lactose; the collagen is what gives Chumi its chew without rice starch.
